We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your recordings or summaries to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your data from Settings → Privacy → Export My Data, or submit a request to privacy@summar.ai. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, or to data portability. We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
